- Personal Income Tax Returns / Tax deduction certificate of last 3 years
- Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case the applicant is a Proprietor / Partner in a firm)
- Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
- Chamber of Commerce Certificate if you have a membership with the Chamber of Commerce
- Company Income Tax returns for the last 3 years (If filed separately)
- Original Business Current Bank Account Statement for last 6 months mentioning the Business Name and Account No. on the Bank's letterhead with the seal and sign of the bank officer.

- The submitted bank statement should be recent, ensuring it is within 7 days of the submission date
- Your payment covers only the file assistance charges without the United Kingdom visit visa fee
- Forms of Minor applicants should be signed by both parents, including the minor's signature or thumb impression as per the passport
- Visa approval is at the discretion of the United Kingdom high commission
